The

Problems

Competitior Landscape

In order to understand the true value of "an entrepreneural ecosystem", Incubators and Co-working spaces were researched.

Focus Group Discussion

Each user group was a focus group.

The rounds was about 40 mins and the participants were free to have an open discussion on the proposed topic.

Check out the issues covered!

Actor, Action, Needs & Offerings

A framework to clearly map what each user needs, what they do, and what the organization can potentially offer.

We explore "Opportunities" which are later conceptualized to form the basic building blocks.

THE IDEA

The services were designed to create value through collaboration—allowing user groups to benefit from each other, while the organization facilitated and coordinated the overall experience. Some users acted as service providers, others as receivers—each playing a role in the ecosystem.

REVENUE

  • About 20% of the services generated direct income,

  • 40% of services generated income for the organization as well as the participating user group.

  • The rest were designed to capture attention and offer added value for retention.

OUTCOME

A set of 16 Services with a focus on entrepreneurship, targeting all the user groups, including companies and colleges.

Service Design - Flow & touchpoints

As we already know, each service is conducted through collaboration. Hence, it was necessary to see the tasks of each of them in the service. Check out how some of the services worked through the interactive image below!

Solution - A re-imagined modular, visual take on the user profile - clear, flexible and easy to explore.

The

Problems

The goal was to design a profile that lets any user—whether a student, professional, entrepreneur, trainer, or mentor—share their career journey, no matter how big or small the milestone.

At the same time, the profile needed to feel approachable when viewed by others. To avoid overwhelming users with too much information upfront, we explored a layout that shows a clear summary, with additional details revealed on demand through smart overlays.

The Results!

The

Problems

A smart profile powered by visual cues. The career overview is shown as a timeline, and information is presented in easy-to-scan snippets. After A/B testing, this version was unanimously preferred by 78% of users.
